If you are having problems logging in to PMOG, here are some steps you can take to remedy the problem:
- Your stored passwords may be corrupt. Try overwriting them by hand using the 'New Login' option in the Login menu:
- Clear your stored passwords for PMOG and try again. Note that doing this will require you to re-enter the passwords for any and all of your PMOG accounts:
- For all other PMOG login problems, try resetting your password and if that fails to work, get in touch.
