 Mission Description

I have assembled a brief selection of video clips and discussion venues which I believe have much to contribute to a beginner wishing to improve their abilities in the sweet science of fighting.
It should be noted that merely watching or reading instructions has next to zero value to the aspiring fighter: regular practice and a training partner are strongly advised.
You will observe that my focus includes quite a bit of grappling, or "ground fighting". This is deliberate, I assure you; fights very often will end with participants in very close quarters, and learning to be comfortable and dangerous while wrestling is key to good fighting, whatever your style of choice.
